B@W #1: Co-workers

My co-workers at Haas are pretty coo’.  If it weren’t for them, I’d fall asleep on the job fo’ sho’ [:

One of my co-workers…

• … snacks all the time.  She’s pretty much munching on something whenever I turn around to see what she’s doing.
• … has watched every Taiwanese drama imaginable.  It’s pretty ridiculous.
• … is an avid soccer fan.  Like crazy.  He has a soccer desktop background on the Frontdesk computer, he wears soccer jerseys every time I see him, and he wants to play soccer for our Cons social.
• … is almost always hungry.  Even after he eats a large Quizno’s sub.  And a bag of chips.
• … lives in Cory… thanks to CS150.  Oh, the life of an EECS major.
• … gets made fun of by everyone collectively every Tuesday afternoon.  Even my bosses!  What a lucky kid.
• … collects the little slips of paper we take headcounts on cuz’ she doesn’t want to waste them… or recycle them.
• … has weird conversations with one of my other co-workers… like how to “have game” or what it would feel like to die in a black hole.
• … is only taking one class, so he works at Haas over 25 hours a week! O_O
• … is my roommate!  We never end up walking to work together, though… even when we start at the same time and come from the same place.  Odd. o_O

Yep yep.  A couple of people are leaving next semester though… anyone want an easy job with these crazy kids?

Bored at Work Series

At work I:

• map printers
• change printer paper
• map printers again
• reset passwords
• map printers?

As fun, exciting and fast-paced as my work sounds, it’s actually a little boring and slow sometimes. ]= Sooo, following John’s suggestions I’m going to blog when there’s a lull in the exciting world of Haas Computing Services, and John’s giving me the topics. [:
